At age 53, I personally see midlife as “The Prime of Life”.
It is a powerful new beginning filled with opportunities for joy, confidence, wisdom and fulfilment. Although it is commonly perceived as a tumultuous period, stepping into midlife can be an opportunity to be more authentic and to become more the person we always wanted to be.
Of course all aspects of women’s health need new attention in midlife. Especially with menopause, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, mind-set, gut function and metabolic health become more important than ever.
It is true that everyone’s journey through menopause is different. However, how smooth or bumpy this transition can be for each of us is influenced by how we live our lives.
The good news is that it is never too late or too early to make lifestyle changes to see benefits during menopausal transition, for our general health and for all aspects of women’s health.
Where I Stand
This is a process about getting where you want to go in the way that works for you. And I am so passionate to support and guide through this experience-whatever it may be!
Menopausal Transition
A “Kairos
moment”
In ancient Greek, the word “kairos” means a critical or opportune moment—a turning point that invites transformation.
What About You?
Knowing that next half of our lives is waiting ahead of us after 40s and 50s, how ready are you to care for yourself and make choices in favour of your own health and well-being?
I'm Meltem!
My story began in Istanbul, Turkey and unfolds here, in Switzerland.
For nearly 20 years, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry, holding local and global roles.
It was a time of learning, achievement and growth-an experience that shaped me professionally and personally. But over time, the pace, pressure, and lack of balance began to take a toll. I found myself burned out, disconnected from my own needs, and questioning the deeper meaning of the work I was doing. That turning point became the beginning of a new chapter.
